These terms cover your use of DailyDucky, made by Teal Nebula, LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use DailyDucky.
DailyDucky lets you set a daily screen time goal and earn randomized collectible virtual ducks when you meet it. It's for fun — it's not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice about screen time, device use, or mental health.
An account is optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
DailyDucky currently offers one optional, one-time premium unlock ($2.99–$4.99, price shown at purchase) through the App Store or Google Play. This purchase is a single, one-time charge, not a recurring subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly.
Ducks, packs, and any other in-app collectibles have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for cash, and exist only inside DailyDucky. We can add, remove, or change duck designs, rarity odds, or the pack system at any time. If we ever discontinue the app, your collection goes with it — there's no guarantee of continued access.
Any screen time figures DailyDucky shows you (self-reported on iOS, or read from Android's usage-access permission) are for your own personal tracking inside the app. We make no guarantee of their precision, and you shouldn't rely on them for anything beyond casual self-tracking.
Don't reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the app's systems (including trying to manipulate pack odds or duck rarity outside normal use), and don't use it for anything illegal.
DailyDucky is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Teal Nebula, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DailyDucky.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll update the date above when we do, and flag anything significant in the app.
